GENERAL SHIPPING:
- All items in store are READY TO SHIP within 1-2 Business within the US (Except for Hawaii & Alaska)
- All orders placed before 2pm EST will be packaged and ready for dispatch the next working day.
- UPS is our Shipping partner so items ordered from us will be sent via UPS standard shipping.
APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIMES:

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Due to Covid-19 there will be no returns but MBisAfrican will be happy to give store credit towards future purchases.
In the unlikely case that damage occurs during shipment, please return the entire package (unopened in order to receive a full refund or process an exchange.
If damage occurs during delivery, we will be happy to replace the product. However, our goods are made using limited supply materials and recreating exact prints might not always be possible.
