Shipping Policy

General Shipping:

-       All items in the store are READY TO SHIP within 1-2 Business within the US (Except for Hawaii & Alaska)

-       All orders placed before 2 pm EST will be packaged and ready for dispatch the next working day.

-       UPS is our Shipping partner so items ordered from us will be sent via UPS standard shipping.

Approximate Delivery Times:

-       Within the US: Up to 2 working days

-       Canada: 3-5 working days

-       Europe: 15- 20working days

-       REST OF THE WORLD(Africa): 15- 20 working days

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • Due to Covid-19, there will be no returns but MBisAfrican will be happy to give store credit towards future purchases.

  • In the unlikely case that damage occurs during shipment, please return the entire package (unopened in order to receive a full refund or process an exchange.

  • If damage occurs during delivery, we will be happy to replace the product. However, our goods are made using limited supply materials, and recreating exact prints might not always be possible.

Refund Policy

Merchandise must be:

  • Unworn

  • Undamaged

  • The leather sole’s transparent sticker must still be intact, and soles must be in perfect condition

  • Shipped back in its original packaging with its original contents; including the shoe box, sticker, tissue papers, shoelaces, dust bags, and original packing slip

  • Worn and damaged items are non-refundable. We highly recommend trying on your shoes in a clean, carpeted area. This will preserve the leather soles of the shoes. Late returns are non-refundable.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund. Please make sure your purchase is in excellent condition, otherwise- we won’t be able to provide you with a full refund. Please see our refund policy for more details. A pre-paid return slip is provided with each shipment to make your returns fast and easy.

Lordess reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If the merchandise you return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.

Exchange Policy

We are unable to offer exchanges due to our limited release designs and quantities. Remember, that’s what makes us different—exclusivity. If you are interested in a different size, simply follow the return instructions for a refund and place a new order on our website. But be quick! We cannot promise our designs and sizes will last.

At Amatostyle, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options.  Every day, we aim to deliver to our customers, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. The processing of your orders should begin within one business day after the order is placed. Processing typically takes approximately 2–4 days but may take a bit longer based on any relevant circumstances.

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our location to the destination. In the event we begin to ship Internationally, delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by UPS or FedEx. After processing, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Refund Policy
AmatoStyle has such faith in its products that you can feel free to order and inspect, and if you are unhappy you may send it back to us within 14 days. Please inspect the product carefully as we cannot accept the return of or give a refund on goods that have been used. The Company reserves the right to make a handling charge for goods returned. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact us by email with your reasons for the return. If approved, we will then issue you a Return Authorization Number which you should mark clearly on the outside of the box as well as on a note inside the box with your full name, address and email for us to contact you and send back any repaired or exchanged merchandise.  The returned goods should be carefully packed in their original packaging, to minimize the risk of damage in transit. Refunds are for the purchase price only, less any relevant handling charge. Return shipping and insurance costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days of receiving the bag.
